Crystal Live Sales

Every Monday, at 7pm CST, we do live sales on our Tiktok account. It’s a great way for you to to see and purchase new inventory. Mondays are full of laughter, banter, and with Jen's squirrel syndrome, controlled chaos. We love being able to connect with our customers, share some laughs and see the beautiful crystals the Earth has created!

We do themed lives, so every Monday is a different theme. Some past theme examples include: 50 Shades of Triple J, Wicked, Bloodstone & Moonlight, Tea Party Gems & Mad Hatter Magic, Crystal Cauldron, Frost Yourself and so many more.

Live Sale Information

How do I claim during live sales?

During a live sale, I will show 6-12 items at a time. Each item has a number and letters. The number is the price.

Once I have shown the items, I will show a purple letter to claim the item. Simply put that letter in the comments.

The 1st person on my screen will be the winner. Remember, you will show up as 1st, on your screen, but it is who shows up 1st on my screen. Everyone's phone is different (I don't know why TT is like that....it is very annoying).

How do I pay for claims?

Live sale claims are listed on my website within 24 hours after the sale. They are listed by your Tiktok name, under Live Sale Invoices.

Payment is due by the Friday following the live sale. If it is a Monday sale, payment is due the upcoming Friday. If I have a Friday sale, invoicing will be done the following Tuesday and payment due the following Friday.

What are shipping fees?

Shipping fees (US only) are a flat fee, Ground Advantage USPS and added at checkout:

  • $8 under 1lb
  • $12 over 1lb to 3lb
  • $15 over 3lb

Shipping fees to Canada and the UK ore calculated based on weight and/or extra fees for shipping outside the US.

If you wish to have your package sent Priority Mail, let me know and I can adjust the shipping fee if necessary.

What is OPENBOX?

OPENBOX is a way to combine orders and save on shipping fees.

When you are ready to checkout simply add the code OPENBOX and it will remove the shipping fees. I will hold it "open" for as long as you would like (within reason, of course. I do need to keep some shelf space open).

Once you are ready to have your items shipped, you can either ask for a shipping invoice or your next order will have the proper shipping fees already calculated.
