Mosasaur jaw fossil.

This is a composite Mosasaur jaw fossil, which is a type of fabricated specimen commonly exported from the phosphate mines near Khouribga, Morocco. 

While the enamel tooth crowns are genuine fossilized Mosasaur teeth, the rest of the assembly—including the jaw bone, the roots, and the stone matrix surrounding them—is completely artificial. Local artisans frequently construct these using a mixture of plaster, sand, glue, and random modern or fossil bone fragments to create a complete-looking "jaw"
